🛒 1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Cancellation request must be sent via call or email

👉 Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled

🚫 2. Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders cannot be cancelled if:

  • The product has already been shipped
  • The order is out for delivery
  • Customized or special-order items are placed

💰 3. Refund on Cancellation

  • If cancelled within the allowed time, full refund will be issued
  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 working days

💳 4. COD Orders

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders can be cancelled before dispatch
  • Repeated fake/failed COD orders may lead to restriction on future orders

Tarun Jewellers reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be provided
